As a Spanish teacher with a newfound respect for the term Global awareness, I think I would like to plan my project on global awareness. I think this would be a great way to open up the school year for all of my students in grades kindergarten all the way through sixth. Unquestionably it’s never too early to teach acceptance, understanding and awareness. What better class to teach global awareness than in a foreign language and culture class!
